Slash will release his album "Live at the SERPENT Festival"

Guitarist and songwriter Slash announced this Wednesday the worldwide release of his album "Live at the SERPERNT Festival" on November 7, a compilation of songs he performed last year during a concert stop in Denver with his band, Slash 's Blues Ball.
On his new album , Slash "brings his passion for the blues to the forefront" and "delivers a moving set that pays homage to the legends who shaped rock and blues," PrimePR Group said in a statement.
The album's release will be accompanied by the premiere of the concert film, scheduled for July 17, 2024, as part of the popular Gun N' Roses guitarist's tour.
The film features behind-the-scenes interviews in which Slash reflects on his personal connection to the blues and shares the stories behind the songs and his reverence for the artists who paved the way.
New singleCoinciding with the announcement, the Grammy Award winner released the single "Oh Well (Live)" on Wednesday, in which he "takes the Fleetwood Mac classic and transforms it into a thrilling live experience . Channeling Peter Green's blues roots and unleashing his own power."
This song will be one of fifteen that make up the album , which also includes 'Parchman Farm Blues', 'Killing Floor', and ' Big Legged Woman ', divided into two discs.
- Slash 's band Blues Ball consists of Slash on lead and rhythm guitar, Teddy "ZigZag" Andreadis (keyboards, harmonica, vocals), Tash Neal (rhythm guitar, vocals), Johnny Griparic (bass, backing vocals), and Michael Jerome (drums).
Slash 's SERPENT tour, which stands for ' Solidarity, Commitment, Restoration, Peace, Equality and Tolerance ', featured over 23 dates last summer, during which the group raised over $125,000 for a charity that supports mental health, socioeconomic equality and justice.
